Birgo Opportunistic Fund, LP (the “Fund”) is a private real estate investment fund that seeks to take advantage of temporary price dislocation in the multifamily real estate market.

The Fund seeks to identify and acquire properties that need to be sold due to distress from rapid shifts in the macroeconomic climate. The objective of the Fund is to achieve an annualized net return of 16-20% for investors.
