Eagle's Nest

We are excited to introduce you to our new project, Eagle’s Nest, a single-family for-lease development. Eagle’s Nest is located at 6887 Longmire Road, Conroe, Texas 77304. It will have 63 duplex units designed in a craftsman style, with each duplex attached at the garages.

We are developing and constructing the Eagle’s Nest development to provide tenant housing at competitive market rates, backed by the 59 years of experience of our construction executive, Steve Hostetler.

The Conroe real estate market is very strong and has been considered one of the best markets in the USA over the past three years or more. This unique city is just north of Houston and adjacent to The Woodlands, which is one of the premier areas in Texas. The Woodlands area is also known for the Exxon World Headquarters.

Our goal is to develop and build a project with a high standard of construction, leasing competitiveness, and to ensure our project will be efficiently leased and expertly managed. We expect to lease our project in less than one year from the date each unit is completed. That goal will provide us with an expected stabilization period of two years from the date of final completion and the issuance of the certificate of occupancy by the City of Conroe.

The project’s design and construction process, along with Steve’s extensive experience, will also enhance the profitability of Eagle’s Nest.

Scope: All units will have a fireplace, custom-designed kitchen, luxury vinyl flooring, two-plus bathrooms, ample closet space, a two-car garage, internet, landscaped yards, custom light fixtures, washer and dryer, refrigerator, stove/oven combo, dishwasher, attic storage, and many windows giving each home an open feel.
